A two-time graduate of William Carey University, Chandler holds a BME in Instrumental Music Education and a MM in Church Music. He is currently pursuing a DMA in Worship and Hymnology from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. He entered vocational ministry in 2016 in Seminary, Mississippi, before moving to Booneville, Mississippi in 2020. Chandler moved to Dothan, Alabama in 2023.
